Introduction

Hello everyone! I am extremely excited to start on a new technology adventure, where I intend to share as much of my knowledge regarding Cisco IP Telephony, Unified Communications, and to a certain extent, on the other branches of Cisco Networking. As time progresses, I will add more resources, tools, tips and tricks, and when I discover something new, I will try my best to post not only my understanding of the scenario and concept, but the configuration as well, if applicable. I hope this journey will benefit the readers as much as it will myself, and I would like to welcome anyone who is interested in this area of study to post their opinions. Here we go!
